Monday to Friday:
Morning – 7:30am to 9:30am
Afternoon – 4pm to 6 pm

Saturdays – 8am to 10am only
Sundays – 4pm to 6pm only

We are closed:

Good Friday, Saturday & Easter Sunday.

From 9:30am on 24 December and reopen from 7:30 to 9:30am on 30 December and closed again till 3 January opening 7:30am to 9:30am etc. as normal.

For the comfort of our guests and our neighbours please respect these hours.​

Note if any booking dates coincide with dates the as shown under holiday / peak season, your booking will be treated as holiday / peak season. Like a hotel no refunds or credits are given during holiday & peak season periods.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • For all confirmed bookings you are required to drop off and pick up your pet(s) on the dates and times stated on your booking confirmation.
  • Midhurst Kennels & Cattery reserves the right to charge the whole or part amount for your booking if we cannot re-book your pet’s accommodation – this condition applies to all bookings especially holiday/peak season dates and weekends.
  • Full cost of booking will still be charged for early collection at all times.

We will process your booking enquiry and reply to you ASAP. If it is an urgent booking request please call us on 021 512 538 to bring your booking to our immediate attention.

What are my Vaccination requirements?

All pets must be fully vaccinated at least 72 hours before booking in and proof of vaccination submitted at check in. Dogs, Vanguard, Lepto and Kennel Cough, for cats Fellocel 3 or 4.

Pets need to be treated for fleas and wormed at least 3 weeks prior to arrival if not, cost will be on charged.
