HOURS FOR PICK UPS AND DROP OFFS:

Monday to Friday:
7:30 am to 9:30 am (drop off or pick up)
4 pm to 5:50 pm (pick up)

Saturdays:
8 am to 9:30 am (drop off or pick up)

Sundays:
4 pm to 5:50 pm (pick up)

Public Holidays: Closed

We are closed for pick up and drop off from Easter Friday to Easter Monday.

We are closed from 19 December 2026 to 3 January 2027. 

Last Check-out: 18 December 2026 at 5:50pm.
Re-opening: 4 January 2027 at 7:30am

Note if any booking dates coincide with dates the as shown under holiday / peak season, your booking will be treated as holiday / peak season. Like a hotel no refunds or credits are given during holiday & peak season periods.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • For all confirmed bookings you are required to drop off and pick up your pet(s) on the dates and times stated on your booking confirmation.
  • Midhurst Kennels & Cattery reserves the right to charge the whole or part amount for your booking if we cannot re-book your pet’s accommodation – this condition applies to all bookings especially holiday/peak season dates and weekends.
  • Full cost of booking will still be charged for early collection at all times.

We will process your booking enquiry and reply to you ASAP. If it is an urgent booking request please call us on 021 512 538 to bring your booking to our immediate attention.

What are my Vaccination requirements?

All pets must be fully vaccinated at least 72 hours before booking in and proof of vaccination submitted at check in. Dogs, Vanguard, Lepto and Kennel Cough, for cats Fellocel 3 or 4.

Pets need to be treated for fleas and wormed at least 3 weeks prior to arrival if not, cost will be on charged.
