Terms & Conditions of Contract Agreement
- This agreement is between Midhurst Kennels and Cattery, staff and agents (herein referred to as “Midhurst Kennels”, “we”, “our” and “us”) and the owner or agent (herein referred to as “you”,” your”) of the pet(s) being placed in our care.
- We will take all necessary precautions in the care of your pets, if an event should arise, we will not be held liable for any loss, sickness or death from any cause.
- You agree to us obtaining or supplying any information re your pet’s health and welfare from/to your veterinary clinic.
- This is a secure, fully fenced facility. We are not liable for any pet that escapes, jumps fences, chews their way out or finds some other means of removing themselves from our care.
- You agree that you have notified us of any behavioural or medical issues. We reserve the right to refuse service and to request the upliftment of your pet.
- We do not accommodate any pets on heat / due to come on heat or just finished a heat. If your pet comes on heat during their stay, there will be an additional surcharge and we will contact you to uplift your pet.
- If your pet has an existing medical condition, we need to be made aware of this in advance. Medication to be supplied with clear instructions. Provide enough medication for the length of your pet’s stay. In the event of illness or injury, treatment will be sought at our discretion and any costs will be charged to the owner’s account.
- All pets must be fully vaccinated at least 72 hours before booking in and proof of vaccination submitted at check in. Dogs, Vanguard, Lepto and Kennel Cough, for cats Fellocel 3 or 4. Pets need to be treated for fleas and wormed at least 3 weeks prior to arrival if not, cost will be on charged.
- Boarding rates are per calendar day or part thereof. All charges to be paid in full at drop off and full cost is applied for early pick-ups. You agree to meet all costs and fees incurred while your pet is in our care. This includes damage caused to the facilities, vet care, transport and any other costs.
- Pets not collected and paid for with 14 (fourteen) days of agreed collection date, will be deemed to have been abandoned and we reserve the right to re-home, or otherwise dispose of the pets at our discretion and at your cost.
- We reserve the right to charge for the full booking period if your pet(s) are uplifted early.
- Pets will be mixed at our discretion and the best interest of pets. Day Care and Boarding does not guarantee your pets will be socialised.
- We provide all bedding and toys.
- Placing a booking with us is acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Contract Agreement.
Privacy & Legal Policies
Our privacy policy is quite straightforward. We will never sell, lend, rent, disclose, or otherwise release your personal information or any information relating to your communications with Midhurst Kennels and Cattery to any third party.
